Our strategic and creative platform - "The Pleasure of Precision Engineering" – celebrated the quality of the Bosch products, so important to a group known as Quality Passionates.

But instead of a series of innovation stories, we produced a philosophy which gave societal meaning to the benefits of different appliances.

'Bosch believes we shouldn’t waste water'. That’s why we invented iDOS technology that saves water and detergent by measuring how much is needed. We did the same for food: 'Bosch believes we shouldn’t waste food'.

We knew linking innovations to societal concerns would resonate; it was also a first in the category.
